In the past, fruit that could not be consumed during the summer season was conserved using the simplest method: cooking it with a bit of sugar, just like the fruit preserves we offer on this page. They can be enjoyed as a dessert, in tarts, or as an accompaniment to many kinds of aged cheeses.

The fruit is prepared in a traditional way just hours after being harvested to preserve its integrity and flavour.
