A traditional ingredient in Apulian cuisine, offered in a "ready-made" version. Rapini is the noblest part of the Brassica rapa plant. It can be enjoyed as an appetizer or sauce for pasta dishes (orecchiette, strascinati...) or as a side dish to strongly flavoured meats.
