Our Penne, irregular and with a particular dark color, born from a semi-artisan processing, made from "ancient" or "local" Saragolla durum wheat.

Even the taste of these Penne is almost ancient: while you'll cook them, and even from your plate, you will smell a vague hint of the original semolina, almost like fresh pasta.
