This organic olive oil comes from olive trees located on the Daunian hills in Apulia. Some of them were planted three-hundred years ago, others during the 1800s, and the "youngest" ones in the 1900s. Over the years, different cultivars (Peranzana, Coratina, Ogliarola, Frantoiana) have been added to achieve an optimal, full-bodied blend with character. Try it on meat, very fresh cheeses, such as ricotta, vegetables and salads.
